Are your products ethically sourced?
Our products and services in each point of our supply chain are obtained in an ethical way; which includes upholding rights, decent working conditions, health and safety, and good business ethics.
Amber's husband went to school in Tauranga with the founder of a New Zealand based procurement company, that we have used to help us design and manufacture the kits.

They optimise supply chain management and product development, whilst also aiming to reduce waste from processes.
The majority of the products within the kits are sourced from Australia and New Zealand.

How do I pay for my order?
You can pay using a credit card or PayPal

Is it safe to purchase from your website?
Shopify is certified according to the Level 1 PCI DSS standard.
This means that our store is equipped with data encryption tools, protection of Shopify payment transfers, prevention of viruses at the servers, risk analysis tools as well as constant security monitoring.

How will my order be shipped? 
Within New Zealand all orders are sent with track and trace couriers.

How much is shipping?
If you live in Kerikeri, it's free! We'll happily hand deliver it to you.
Anywhere else in New Zealand it is $8, unless you live rurally, which is $14.
And if you spend over $160, then shipping is free!

How soon will my order arrive?
All packages sent to New Zealand locations are targeted for delivery within 2 - 6 working days. We are able to provide you with a tracking number so that you are able to track your package within transit.

Can you send my order as a gift?
Of course! 

For a charge of $5.00 we are happy to gift wrap your purchase for you. 
You are able to customize your message/greeting as well. 

Can I change or cancel my order?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfil orders as quickly as possible!

If you do wish to change or cancel your order, please get in touch ASAP as we aim to dispatch orders within 2 days.

Can I get a refund?
If your order is faulty, we shall refund or replace.
We will not refund for change of mind.

Can you teach me First Aid?
We can't but we know who can!

If you would like further information on First Aid courses for yourself, your team, or maybe for your K9 or child, then, please email us at and we will hook you up with our favourite First Aid expert.

How do I know the First Aid information you provide is accurate?
We aim to ensure that the information given is accurate and consistent with current knowledge and practice within New Zealand.
However, knowledge and practice is constantly evolving, and you may require specific advice that we cannot address.
Any information provided by Parachute First Aid should not replace a consultation with an appropriately qualified health professional.
